During your ride, the guide will provide you with interesting information about the different cats you encounter, ensuring you have a great experience. This drive thru makes for an exciting day during your holiday in Mauritius and will add an African touch to your stay at the island.

This is a non-contact experience. Big cats are observed exclusively from inside a secure, fenced vehicle.

The Drive Thru experience is suitable for all ages.

All participants must sign a disclaimer form prior to the activity.

Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times. The guardian must sign the disclaimer on behalf of the minor.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Access will only be granted upon presentation of a valid ticket or voucher.

Giraffe viewing is available from 10:30 to 15:30 (except Mondays and Thursdays).

The Safari Bus is a complimentary activity included with the park entrance ticket. Missed departures are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Health & Safety Guidelines

Do not scream, shout, kick, hit, or make sudden movements near the animals, as this may startle them and create unsafe situations.

Participants must be physically and mentally fit to take part in the activity.

Individuals with significant hearing or visual impairments may not be permitted to participate. Failure to comply with health and safety requirements will result in no refund. These rules are strictly enforced for your safety.

Activities operate in rainy conditions. No refunds will be issued if a guest chooses not to participate due to rain. In cases of severe weather, park management may reschedule the activity for safety reasons.
Language Requirement
Safety briefings are conducted in English, French, or Mauritian Creole. Participants must understand at least one of these languages. Guests who do not understand any of them must arrange their own translator; otherwise, participation will not be permitted for safety reasons.
