If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail you need to contact Tours Mauritius. - Intellectual Property Rights

- Application Law & Arbitration
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Mauritius. The parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritian Courts for purposes of any proceedings relating to this Agreement and waive any objection to the convenience of any such court. Any provision of this Agreement, which is prohibited or unenforceable, shall be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition or un-enforceability, without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof.
- Customer’s behavior
As a customer of Tours Mauritius, you are responsible for you and your party’s/group actions and you are expected to respect your environment and other people around you. All suppliers have every right to terminate your tour or activity in the event of vandalism, violence or any other misbehavior as interpreted by them. In the case of termination due to the customer’s inappropriate behavior, the customer will lose any right of refund. In the event of damages or loss at the site of the activity caused by you or those accompanying you, you will be responsible for payment. In the case of some extreme activities, suppliers will request the clients to fill in a waiver form. When not filling in this form, you cannot take part in the booked activity and lose your right of refund or compensation.
- Fitness and medical conditions
On the website of Tours Mauritius any required fitness or medical conditions that you need to comply with are stated in the section of that particular activity. We cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and error-free as we do not provide medical advices (we are not medical experts). All clients should consult their own physician in the case of doubt whether to take part in an activity or tour and are held liable for any health issues occurring during or after the booked activity. Please check whether the tour of your interest comes with any restrictions or limitations prior to booking the tour. Tours Mauritius encourages all clients to seek their physician’s advice regarding necessary or advisable vaccinations, medical precautions, or other medical concerns regarding the entirety of the clients’ travel with Tours Mauritius. In case the clients would not be able or would be prevented from participating or completing the activity/tour/package or any other service due to physical limitation or due to medical condition, Tours Mauritius has no liability to the clients for any cost or damage which they incur.
- Complaints and problems
In the unfortunate event that you have a reason to complain or in the case you experience any problems with your trip, activity or attraction, please contact your supplier immediately so that any needed actions can be taken straight away to remedy the problem. If you however remain unsatisfied, you need to write Tours Mauritius within 28 days after completion of the activity, providing us all details of your complaint. We will then do our best to resolve the problem effectively and we will try to get full compensation from the supplier in question. If you cannot follow this complaint policy, you will not be able to claim the compensation on your behalf and are not entitled to the same compensation as you would have otherwise obtained.
